About Mindset CoPilot
Mindset CoPilot bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world performance. While traditional systems focus on content exposure, we build expert capability by centering the professional experience on repeated decision-making and refined judgment.
Across education and workforce contexts, professionals must perform complex work and adapt in real time. We believe learning systems must reflect that reality. By leveraging AI to power a persistent cycle of practice and feedback, Mindset CoPilot operationalizes learning as it actually happens—ensuring that knowledge translates into durable professional performance.
Leadership
Our leadership team brings a shared track record of designing, building, and scaling learning systems that deliver results in practice. Collectively, we have pioneered statewide professional learning initiatives, developed adaptive platforms deployed at scale, and engineered AI-powered systems that support growth across K-12, higher education, and workforce development.
With deep expertise spanning research, policy, and product implementation, we build specifically for high-accountability environments—allowing Mindset CoPilot to focus on proven execution, not experimentation.
